lala is a prepaid digital in-app currency for ActsLala features. Once credited to your member wallet, lala is delivered immediately and consumed when you use paid features (messages, video time, etc.). Because lala is a non-tangible digital good, standard refund rules for physical goods do not apply.
No refund is available for lala that has already been used or for purchases where digital delivery has been completed and you have consumed any portion of the credits, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
Examples of “used” include: sending paid messages, starting or continuing metered video chat, or any feature that deducts lala from your balance.
If you purchased lala and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original payment by emailing Contact form with:
Approved refunds will reverse the unused lala balance and return funds via the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds may take additional business days.
Card payments are processed by FastSpring as Merchant of Record. Your card statement may show “FastSpring” or a related descriptor. For card refunds we coordinate with FastSpring’s policies and may direct you to FastSpring support when appropriate.

If you sent a bank or international wire transfer that has not yet been credited to your wallet, contact us immediately with proof of payment. If credit was applied in error (wrong amount or duplicate), we will correct the balance or refund the overpayment.

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims may result in suspension of your member account and forfeiture of remaining lala. We reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to payment processors and banks.
If a technical failure on our side prevented delivery of purchased lala, contact support within 14 days. We will investigate logs and either credit the missing lala or issue a refund for the affected purchase.
